Yesterday morning he sent my fiance a vague email saying he had some concerns about his observation.

They weren't on his desk because the principal only told them about the professional development meeting the evening BEFORE. He got mad at my fiance because he emailed his lesson plans to the office one day (which is what they are supposed to do) but didn't have them on his desk when he had professional development one morning. When they have meetings, he is either playing on his cell phone or doodling in a notebook. Anyways so this principal is hardly EVER at school, like NEVER! When he is, he tells the secretary to tell any concerned parents that come in that he is not there. I guess the only reason he got this principal position in the first place is because he is chummy with the superintendent as they have previously worked together in California. This principal has been fired twice before from two other schools, (apparently something about hidden cameras!) and has even been placed on administrative from this current school temporarily due to a complaint that needed to be investigated.
He absolutely loves the other teachers on his team, but the principal is just really stressing him out. His first year was 7th grade in a very small town, second year was at a terrible high school in a VERY rough neighborhood, now he is teaching 5th grade in a big city. This is his third year teaching, and third different school due to moving. (Sorry this is so long, but I would REALLY appreciate the advice!)
